Who We Are

Ampli5E is a collaborative 501(c)(3) nonprofit rooted in New London, New Hampshire.

We bring together educators, artists, tradespeople, business owners, nonprofit leaders, and students to work across sectors and generations. Our work is grounded in community and strengthened by diverse perspective.

Our multigenerational board represents professional backgrounds from across the United States. Together, we steward a growing network of partnerships designed to turn shared knowledge into practical action.

Rooted locally and connected far beyond, Ampli5E exists to create space for collaboration that strengthens communities over time.

How We

ABOUT Ampli5E -White (Meet Ampli5E).png

Impact

We started Ampli5E because we saw how much knowledge, experience, and expertise already exists within our schools, businesses, nonprofits, and communities. Too often, that knowledge lives in separate spaces.

What changes everything is what happens when we bring it together. When we connect across sectors and generations, we learn from one another. We mentor. We refine. We celebrate progress. From those connections, practical solutions emerge — solutions that can be tested, strengthened, and adapted. Communities are capable. People are smart.

When we highlight what works and share it openly, ideas take root locally and grow outward, shaped by real needs, real experience, and real collaboration. Ampli5E is building a growing exchange of real-world models across education, empowerment, environment, employment, and emergency response. The seeds begin locally, and the learning continues outward. When we light up the connections between us, innovation accelerates, collaboration expands, and meaningful solutions take root and flourish.

Education

Education happens when knowledge is shared, tested, and applied. We bring together students, professionals, tradespeople, and community members to learn from one another across generations and sectors.

When learning becomes hands-on and collaborative, ideas strengthen and confidence grows.

Employment

Employment creates pathways that connect learning to meaningful work. We build bridges between education and real-world opportunity, equipping people with practical skills and connecting them with mentors and employers.

When skills meet opportunity, livelihoods grow and communities strengthen.

Environment

Environment calls us to design with care and responsibility. We amplify practices that respect natural systems while supporting the needs of local communities.

When sustainability is integrated from the start, projects endure and impact deepens.

Empowerment

Empowerment grows when people are trusted with responsibility and equipped to lead. We create opportunities for individuals to take ownership, contribute meaningfully, and see their ideas take shape.

When confidence is built through action, leadership emerges.

Emergency

Emergency readiness strengthens communities before crisis arrives. We support collaborative approaches that improve preparedness, coordination, and recovery.

When communities are connected and prepared, response is faster and resilience is stronger.

Our Ampli5E Board Members

Ampli5E is guided by a board rooted in practical experience and community engagement.

We bring perspectives from education, business, trades, and nonprofit leadership. Together, we steward the mission and strengthen the work.
